The marketing strategy will continue to focus on developing, increasing and maintaining brand name recognition, while positioning eCareer Connections as the vertical of choice for healthcare facilities, recruiters and candidates. The success of today’s Internet advertising is based on how fast and effectively candidates are attracted to use the services of the company and on how big of a brand exposure the Company job boards have in the search engines. The goals outlined in the marketing strategy are to increase the Company’s share of the U.S. market of Internet healthcare job advertising and to position it at the highest level of search engines. This will establish a solid pattern of sales and revenue growth.
