The management team is experienced in the healthcare recruiting businesses, with deep knowledge of its specifics. Each member of the team has a history of successfully developing infrastructure and operations for medical recruitment companies
and has a solid base of necessary management skills suited to the continuous growth and expansion of eCareer Connections.

As shown in the short biographies of the management team below, eCareer Connections, Inc., is positioned to build sound business operations to insure constant revenue growth for its shareholders.

Joseph J. Azzata, CEO

Joseph Azzata is a recognized expert and leader in the area of healthcare staffing, with a specialized emphasis on web-based and automated recruiting processes.

From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Azzata had been the CEO and was a co-founder of Medical Connections Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Medical Connections. Inc. Prior to his involvement with Medical Connections, Mr. Azzata had equity interest in a regional investment banking firm, which was profitably sold in 2002. He resigned from Medical Connections in July of 2010 to dedicate his full attention to eCareer Connections.

Mr. Azzata was instrumental in the extraordinary growth and expansion of Medical Connections, a national and publicly-held healthcare staffing firm, from its inception. In 2007, Medical Connections was awarded the Gold Seal Certification in Healthcare Staffing from the Joint Commission on Healthcare Staffing. In 2009, Medical Connections was listed as the seventh-fastest-growing staffing firm in the U.S. by The Staffing Industry Analysts, the leader in staffing industry research and analysis. This was the first time public companies were included in the list, and Medical Connections was the only public firm honored to be recognized in the “Fastest Growing Staffing Companies” ranking ever.

Prior to his resignation, Mr. Azzata supervised the management of the day-to-day staffing operations at Medical Connections, including organic growth, Internet advertising, marketing, future business lines/business development and client relations. In his last 15 months at the helm, Mr. Azzata directly supervised the design, development and launch of Medical Connections’ new line of websites, which incorporated a job board site as well as a separate corporate site. In early 2010, Mr. Azzata personally recruited a COO who is credited with reducing operating expenses and achieving a 34% revenue increase first four months 2010 vs. 2009. As part of an internal succession plan and to Mr. Azzata’s credit, that same individual was appointed by the current board at Medical Connections as the new CEO to replace Mr. Azzata.

Mr. Azzata also developed a successful campaign to identify and develop an acquisition strategy targeting travel staffing companies in the state of Florida. Upon his departure, several Letters of Intent were being executed. He also personally recruited the top three executives currently at the helm of Medical Connections.

Going forward, Mr. Azzata’s deep knowledge of the healthcare electronic job board sector and the healthcare staffing industry, including his first-hand expert understanding of hospitals, recruiters and job seeker needs, positions him to lead a thriving medical advertising job vertical. With established successful relationships covering more than 2,000 healthcare facilities and healthcare staffing firms (all potential eCareer Connections clients) nationwide, Mr. Azzata is well-poised to contribute significantly to the future growth of eCareer Connections.

Chief among Mr. Azzata’s many tasks will be to develop alliances with technology solutions partners, healthcare staffing firms and healthcare providers. He will focus and dedicate his efforts to the growth and expansion of the eCareer Connections existing business model, considered by the Company’s management to be based on proven concepts. Mr. Azzata will continue catalyzing the development of proprietary and first-to-market services and technologies, as well as forging strategic alliances with industry-related companies and state universities to leverage eCareer Connections’ market recognition and industry awareness. Reaching profitability and growth will be the main goals.

Matt Kakuk, Director of Web Technology

Matt Kakuk is a recognized expert in the areas of Web Technology/Development/Design, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Web Usability and Mobile Technology.

Mr. Kakuk has worked in the technology world since 2000 when he started at MCI WorldCom as a Sales Executive. His entrepreneurial side led him to his involvement in several ecommerce start-ups in his local South Florida, until he started his own company, WebManagement.us, in 2005. Since then, Mr. Kakuk and his team at Web Management have built, designed, managed and/or maintained nearly 300 (and counting!) websites. The company, which is Google-certified in AdWords and Analytics, is now managing nearly $250,000 per month in clients “ad spend” on Google.

His clients at Web Management range from start-ups to public companies, one-person operations to large corporations. Each of the company’s 350+ clients was acquired personally by Mr. Kakuk or by direct referral. One, which Mr. Kakuk and his team helped launch, is slated to be featured on The Today Show and The Tyra Banks Show.

Mr. Kakuk and his team at Web Management are also approved Apple iPhone application developers. Web Management currently develops custom iPhone applications (“apps”) for clients and companies of all kinds.

Mr. Kakuk’s industry knowledge and experience will greatly assist eCareer Connections in developing and launching the most attractive, powerful, feature rich healthcare job boards that will have the highest search and find potential for job seekers searching the internet for healthcare jobs, specifically directed at healthcare professionals that are using key words to search for positions.
